Lenovo debate for ME. But those are very different options. It really comes down to how much you want to use a keyboard if you're choosing between those two tablets. I'd argue that even if you want to use the keyboard 33% of the time, it's worth getting the x41 on convenience alone. That said, you'll be cutting it close if you order today. You might be able to find an e-tailer with some in stock within the next week or so, but it's a gamble if you have no alternative right now. If you can wait a little while, it seems like they're finally getting their stuff together and will be delivering them on schedule from now on, but I'd still have a backup plan if you have no computer when school starts.
